El Día de los Niños

I was the visiting Author for such a beautiful event this morning, celebrating El Día de los Niños at the Terrazas Library Branch! I shared my story, signed books, made Tres Leches crafts with kids, and they even enjoyed some real Tres Leches cake afterward. 👵🏻🍰😋

I’m so happy my daughter was there with me. Two abuelitas even came up to us to share their story. One of them teared up with me as she told me she just read my book and baked a cake with her granddaughter. What a memorable moment that was… It brought me so much joy! 🥰🙏🏼
